Grand Cru by the Glass
Yquem, Burgundy and rare bottles — served by the glass in Nice's Carré d'Or
Some wines you drink once in a lifetime. Usually because you'd need to buy the whole bottle — and share it with five friends who don't exist yet.
At Au Coeur des Terroirs, we chose another way. Château d'Yquem, grand cru Burgundy, collector's bottles: here, they are poured by the glass. One glass. Yours. At exact temperature, in the golden hush of a Wine Spectator awarded cellar.
It is the simplest luxury there is: not waiting for the occasion. Creating it — on a weeknight, at a counter in the Carré d'Or.

YQUEM
Château d'Yquem by the glass
There is a gold you can drink. Amber robe, candied apricot, saffron, wildflower honey — and that thread of light running straight through the sweetness.
Château d'Yquem is served by the glass at Au Coeur des Terroirs, Nice.
Not for a grand occasion. For a Monday evening that deserves to become a memory. Pair it, if your heart says yes, with our Alsatian Foie Gras — my Grandmother's recipe meeting the world's greatest Sauternes. Two heritages, one moment.
Vintage and availability: ask in-house or write to us.
BURGUNDY
Burgundy by the glass
You don't visit Burgundy. You cross it — climat by climat, glass by glass.
Our cellar holds some of the names that make wine lovers' hearts beat faster: great domaines of the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, confidential cuvées, allocations built patiently over years of winemaker friendships. Regularly, some of these bottles open by the glass.
A premier cru one evening, a grand cru the next. That is the privilege of a sommelier's house: the list breathes, and you breathe with it.
